Angiologist and vascular surgeon with more than 30 years of experience. He has worked simultaneously in public or publicly funded hospitals and in private practice. He has been head of the vascular surgery department at Hospital Plató and subsequently at the Hospital general de Catalunya and Hospital Sagrat Cor.
In 2012 he founded Clínica vascular Barcelona. In private medicine, his work has focused particularly on the non-invasive treatment of varicose veins and the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome.
He has developed several medical devices, founding the start-up VB Devices (www.vbdevices.com) in 2016, which culminated in the launch of two devices, CRABCLAMP and VARIXIO.
